Issues we can assist with
We can assist with factory electrical concerns on most 1996 or newer Autos and Light Trucks made for the
US market. Electrical Issues can be any of the following:

Warning lights - Warning lights or messages from any system. Examples are Check Engine Light, ABS light, Service Airbag system. If you have a warning light you need to be able to read and submit the applicable DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code).

No starts - Your engine will not crank or vehicle will not power up at all. If your engine is cranking (spinning) but not starting, please be aware that there may be mechanical issues at fault, such as fuel pressure or internal problems. In these cases we will need an engine DTC to be able to help.
​
Inoperative features - Any electrical component that is not working correctly. Examples are door locks and windows, power seats, lighting systems, windshield wipers, radios, speakers, or any other accessories. Note that many accessory systems on newer vehicles will also set a DTC for any failures. It is not necessary to submit a DTC with an inoperative feature, but can be very helpful if you have the ability to read it.

Concerns we do not recommend our service for:
Engine Performance issues (running rough, misfiring, poor performance)
Transmission issues without a DTC (not shifting, slipping, shuddering)
Noises, vibrations, and handling concerns.
Hybrid or electric vehicle drive systems (These systems involve a high voltage battery system which we cannot safely assist with)
